There are many steps from drug discovery to a successful company, not all of them scientific

We exist to help you execute on the business side, so you can focus on the mission: saving lives

What We Do

Our ideal client is an early-stage startup that has a compelling scientific product, but has been struggling when it comes to attracting investors. In order to raise money you have to think like an investor, something that feels inscrutable from outside the finance industry. We will break everything down for you, from their worldview to the specific points they want (or don't want) to see in your startup, to get them off the fence to make that initial investment.

Perfect the Pitch

Venture capitalists don't look for reasons to say yes — they look for reasons to say no. Most startup founders have no idea why their investor meetings fail (or why they don't get the meeting at all). From your intro deck, to your first call or meeting, to your data room, we can help you make your best case.

The Investors-Eye View

It is hard to be objective about your own company, your own science, that you've poured your heart and soul into. That's why you need a seasoned investor to look over your startup from top to bottom, with an eye to what will repel investors — and what will draw them in. We can provide the real feedback you won't get from the meeting.

Understand the Landscape

No startup exists in a vacuum, and you will be evaluated in light of the entire industry: do you have competitors, what proof points do investors need to see, are you working in a challenging indication, is your therapeutic modality on the way in (or the way out)… Strategic positioning matters as much as your pitch or your science.
